Rumors have suggested that T-Mobile will soon launch the Galaxy S8 Active, and now a new leak has surfaced to back up that rumor.
Images that show the front and back of the T-Mobile Galaxy S8 Active have been shared by @evleaks. The device looks largely similar to the AT&T Galaxy S8 Active, complete with a metal frame, bumpers, and textured back, but there’s a “T-Mobile” in the upper left corner instead of an “AT&T”.

The Galaxy S8 Active’s spec list includes a 5.8-inch 2560x1440 Super AMOLED display, 12-megapixel rear camera with OIS, 8-megapixel front camera, 64GB of storage, and a microSD slot. There’s also a Snapdragon 835 processor packed into the GS8 Active’s toughened body along with 4GB of RAM and a 4000mAh battery.
What’s notable about this Galaxy S8 Active is that it’ll be the first time we’ve seen a Galaxy S Active phone not on AT&T. We still don’t know when the GS8 Active might launch at T-Mobile or how much it might cost, but if a you’re a T-Mobile customer and a toughened version of Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S8 interests you, it looks like you’re going to get exactly that.
