After making its official debut at the start of June, the Moto Z2 Play is now launching at Verizon at the end of June.
The Moto Z2 Play is now available from Verizon for $0 down and $17 per month for 24 months, or $408 full retail. Orders placed today will be delivered by July 6th. Customers that buy a Moto Z2 Play before July 26th will receive a free JBL SoundBOost 2 Moto Mod to use with their new phone.
Verizon’s Moto Z2 Play runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat on a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 display. It’s packing a 12-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 32GB of storage, microSD slot, 3GB of RAM, and a Snapdragon 626 processor. Powering this whole package is a 3000mAh battery, and you can use TurboPower charging to refill that battery by 50 percent in 30 minutes.
Also of note is that the Moto Z2 Play includes support for Moto Mods, Motorola’s accessories that attach to the back of the phone. Motorola’s got a handful of new Moto Mods launching soon, including:
