A couple of weeks after introducing iOS 11 and rolling out the first beta release, Apple today unleashed another beta update.
iOS 11 beta 2 is now rolling out to registered developers. If that’s you, then you can grab the update by going to Apple’s Developer Center on your computer or General > Settings > Software Update on your iOS device.
iOS 11 is a major update for Apple’s mobile operating system. It includes a redesigned Control Center, a combination lock screen and Notification Center, a new Files app, a new Dock for the iPad for accessing important apps, drag-and-drop, and much more.
Apple has said that it’ll release an iOS 11 beta to public testers in the Apple Beta Software Program in late June. iOS 11 will be released to the public this fall, likely alongside new iPhone hardware.
Apple today also released the second beta of watchOS 4 to registered developers.
