We saw Samsung flagships on T-Mobile and AT&T receive their Android 7.0 updates over the weekend, and now devices from HTC and LG are getting in on the action, too.
First up, the HTC 10 on Sprint has started receiving its Android 7.0 update. The update weighs in at 1.3GB and includes a bump to Nougat, which will add new features like quick replies and multi-window for running two apps side-by-side. Also included with the update are some unspecified “system enhancements.”
To manually check for software updates on the Sprint HTC 10, you can go into Settings > System updates > HTC software update > Check Now.
Meanwhile, AT&T is pushing Android 7.0 to its version of the LG G5. This is a sizable update, too, coming in at 1.5GB and offering an upgrade to Android 7.0 as well as the January 1, 2017 security patches.
To check for updates on your AT&T LG G5, hop onto a Wi-Fi connection and then go into Settings > General > About phone > Update Center > Software update > Update Now.
