If you liked what you saw of NVIDIA’s new SHIELD TV last week, you can now purchase a unit of your very own.
The new NVIDIA SHIELD TV (2017) is now available for purchase. Pricing is set at $199.99 for the 16GB model, which includes the SHIELD TV itself as well as a controller and remote. NVIDIA is also selling standalone controllers and remotes for $59.99 and $49.99, respectively, as well as vertical stand for the SHIELD TV that’s priced at $19.99.
The SHIELD TV is available direct from NVIDIA as well as Amazon, Fry’s, Best Buy, B&H Photo Video, Newegg, and Micro Center.
NVIDIA is also prepping a SHIELD TV Pro (2017) model with 500GB of built-in storage. That model will cost $299.99, and it’s expected to launch later this month.
The new SHIELD TV (2017) includes a few notable new features, such as Google Assistant and support for 4K HDR support from Amazon Video. The SHIELD TV (2017)’s controller has been redesigned, too, and you can also pair the unit with NVIDIA’s Spot accessory ($49.99) to give you access to Google Assistant throughout your house.
