Instagram has announced a couple of notable improvements to its service.

First up, Instagram is rolling out “Picked for You” channels in its Explore tab. This channels will recommend videos that are grouped together and based on your interests. For example, Instagram shows a Picked for You channel with videos from comedians, and there could also be videos that show baking, skateboarding, or other things.

Picked for You channels are launching only in the US, but Instagram plans to roll them out to the rest of the world soon.

Additionally, Instagram plans to roll out a translation button on posts and profile bios. When the feature rolls out in the coming month, you’ll see a button on posts and profile bios that are written in languages other than your own. Tap the button and the post or bio will be translated into your language.
