UPDATE: Blass says that these leaked modules are the projector, JBL speakers, and Hasselblad camera.
Hot on the heels of leaked images that showed off the Verizon versions of Motorola’s new Moto Z phones, another Motorola leak has emerged.
As with the previous Moto leak, this one comes to us from Evan Blass. The images show three MotoMods, which is the name for the modules that you’ll attached to the backs of the new Moto Z/DROID phones. The first MotoMod looks to be a camera grip, complete with physical shutter button and flash, while the second looks like it could be an extended battery with a kickstand. Unfortunately, it’s tough to see what the third module in the back is.

It’s rumored that Motorola could have as many as six of these MotoMod modules ready for the launch of its new phones. Other modules that are reportedly in the works include a pico projector and a stereo speaker.
We’ll have to wait until the Moto Z/DROIDs launch before we’ll know the quality and pricing of these MotoMods, but the good news is that owners of Motorola’s new phones are expected to have multiple module options available to them at launch. Motorola and Lenovo are holding an event on June 9, so more details on these modules may be revealed then. Stay tuned.
