Samsung took to Twitter today to tease a new device that looks like it could be a Batman version of the Galaxy S7 edge. “Coming soon: A new device for the battle against the Gods Among Us”, a Samsung tweet reads, complete with an image of a GS7 edge beneath the Batman logo.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is a fighting video game that pits DC Comics characters against one another. It’s available on consoles as well as Android and iOS.
Samsung is no stranger to superhero-themed smartphones, as the company released a special Iron Man version of the Galaxy S6 edge last year. That model had a special red-and-gold color scheme, an Iron Man logo on its backside, and a special wireless charger that looked like Iron Man’s Arc Reactor. It’s possible that Samsung is planning to do something similar with the Batman Galaxy S7 edge, perhaps like a blacked out phone with the Batman logo.
