Yesterday BlackBerry announced that it was starting to push Android 6.0 to the BlackBerry Priv. If that’s got you interested in the BlackBerry slider, you can now score a solid discount on one.
The BlackBerry Priv is available for $399.99 through Newegg marketplace seller MangoWireless. The model that’s being discounted is the AT&T version, but it comes unlocked for use on other GSM carriers.
To compare, AT&T is asking $639.99 for the BlackBerry Priv, while BlackBerry has priced the Priv at $649.99.
The BlackBerry Priv is a pretty well-specced phone, offering a 5.4-inch 2560x1440 display, 18-megapixel rear camera, 3GB of RAM, and a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor. Oh, and it’s got a physical keyboard, which is something that most every other Android phone lacks. And as I mentioned before, it just got Android 6.0, too, so you’ll be able to sink your teeth into Marshmallow if you take advantage of this deal.
