Amazon’s Fire tablet was already an attractive device because of its $49.99 price tag, but today it’s getting even better with new models.
The Amazon Fire tablet is now available in magenta, blue, and tangerine color options in addition to the black version that launched last year. It’s also gained a new storage option, with a 16GB model available for $69.99. The 16GB version is available in the same colors as the 8GB model.
Additionally, the Fire Kids Edition is now available in a green kid-proof case and it’s also now available with 16GB of built-in storage. The 8GB version is priced at $99.99, while the more capacious 16GB flavor will set buyers back $119.99.
These are some nice updates to Amazon’s low-cost Fire tablets. New color options can make the Fire tablet more attractive to more folks, and with 16GB of storage, buyers have the option of getting a more capacious model to store more TV shows, movies, and games. And even though it’s a little pricier than the 8GB model, getting a 16GB tablet for $69.99 is still a pretty awesome deal.
All of Amazon’s new Fire tablets are now available.
