UPDATE: Staples will begin taking pre-orders for the Verizon GS7 and GS7 edge on February 26, and it says that it’ll give a $100 Visa prepaid card to folks that upgrade to a GS7 or GS7 edge between March 11 and April 2, or a $400 Visa prepaid card to folks that add a new line to an existing Verizon account and buy one of Samsung’s new phones between March 13 and April 2.
Two days after Samsung officially took the wraps off of the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, you can now secure one of your very own.
Samsung’s new flagship Android phones are now available from pre-order from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Verizon in the US. Pre-order customers will get a free Samsung Gear VR headset and six VR games, and some carriers have their own special offers to go along with Samsung’s new phones.
T-Mobile has said that it’ll give a free year of Netflix to its customers that buy a GS7 or GS7 edge, and Sprint has announced Galaxy Forever, a program that’ll let you lease the Galaxy S7 or S7 edge and then upgrade to a new Galaxy device after 12 months. Sprint is also offering a buy one, get one half off deal on Samsung’s new phones. Verizon announced this morning that, for a limited time it’ll give a $100 bill credit to customers that activate a GS7 or GS7 edge on Verizon.
Meanwhile, Best Buy is taking pre-orders for the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge as well, and it says that it’ll give buyers a free 64GB microSD card.
