Last week the OnePlus One got itself an OxygenOS update, and now it’s the OnePlus X’s turn to get some fresh software.
The OnePlus X is now receiving an update to Oxygen OS 2.2.0. The update adds a manual mode for the camera app as well as an option to save photos to the OPX’s SD card. Also included are security patches, bug fixes, and more. Here’s OnePlus’s official changelog for the update:
The update is rolling out incrementally, meaning that you shouldn’t worry if it doesn’t appear on your OnePlus X right away.
The OnePlus X’s camera app is getting some solid improvements in this OxygenOS update. A manual mode will come in handy for folks that really like to tweak their phone’s settings to get exactly the photo that they want, and the ability to save photos directly to the SD card will come in handy for OPX owners that want to keep their device’s internal storage free for other content.
