As 2015 comes to a close, you’re sure to see quite a few “Best of” lists. Google today unveiled several of its own, included lists for its best Android apps and games of the year.
On Google’s Best Apps of 2015 list, there are apps like HBO NOW, day FREE, Snowball, Skype, and Twitch. There are also separate lists for things like Photography, which includes VSCO and Google Photos, and Personalization, which includes apps like Nova Launcher and Action Launcher 3. If you’re looking for a new game to help pass the time, Google’s got several of those picked out for you, too. The Best Games of 2015 list includes Agar.io, Fallout Shelter, Minecraft: Story Mode, Clash of Clans, Crossy Road, and Minions Paradise. As wit the Best Apps of 2015 section, Google also offers up several “Best of” lists for different types of games, like Action & Adventure, Arcade Games, Indie Games, and Paid Games.
Google’s various Best lists have a lot of titles that you’ve probably already heard of, but there are probably at least one or two apps and games that you haven’t heard of. And with the holidays coming up, you’ll probably have some time to kill and maybe even some new Android devices to load up with apps. When those times come, you can hit up Google’s lists and start installing.
