Hours after officially confirming the BlackBerry Priv, BlackBerry CEO John Chen has given us a peek at the Android slider in the flesh.

Chen showed the BlackBerry Priv to Business News Network in a 3-minute video that shows the phone in all its slider glory. Chen swipes around a bit but doesn’t show much of the phone in action because it’s a demo unit. He also reveals that the Priv has a 5.5-inch display with curved edges and “the latest specs,” including a Qualcomm processor.

While BlackBerry has officially announced the Priv, the company hasn’t really spilled many of its specs or anything, so this video is kind of a big deal. It definitely sounds like Chen says that the Priv has a 5.5-inch display, and past leaks have shown that it’s also got an 18-megapixel camera, but the Priv’s other features are still up in the air. Now that the Priv is officially official, though, here’s to hoping that we get more information about it soon.
