True to its word, Microsoft’s Surface 3 now comes with LTE support. The news was earlier confirmed by Microsoft itself saying that Surface 3 users can now enjoy using their device with LTE support. If you’ve been waiting for this device, you’ll be able to get your hands on one from Microsoft stores, partner retailers, and AT&T retail stores. T-Mobile will soon offer the Surface 3 with LTE support towards the end of the month.
The Surface 3 4G LTE comes in a couple of configurations—one with a 64GB of internal storage, the other with 128GB on board storage. It is powered by an Intel Atom Z8700 processor with Intel HD graphics and has a 10.8-inch display. Other specs of the device are comparable to that of the earlier launched Surface 3.
The Surface 3 LTE is priced at $599 (64GB) and $699 (128GB). The device is also available on AT&T for no upfront fee with the 64GB version and a monthly installment of $30 for the next 20 months.
