Republic Wireless today expanded its collection of Motorola-made Android phones with the new Moto E.
The Moto E (2nd Gen.) is now available from Republic Wireless for $129 without a commitment. You can choose between black or white versions, but no matter which you select, you’ll get 8GB of storage. You can expand on that with a microSD slot if you’d like.
Like the unlocked Moto E (2nd Gen.) before it, this Republic version has a 4.5-inch 960x540 display, Snapdragon 410 processor, 5-megapixel rear and VGA front cameras, a 2390mAh battery, and Android 5.1. It’s also compatible with Motorola’s colorful Bands and Grip Shells for added personalization.
For the price, the Moto E (2nd Gen.) is a great Android smartphone that runs a near-stock version of Google’s mobile OS. If you’re on Republic Wireless, you can snag one of your own right here.
