Remember yesterday’s leak that gave us a sneak peek at what may be a new Motorola DROID phone for Verizon? Well today the source of that leak has one-upped itself with a leak that shows four unannounced Moto phones.
The folks at HellomotoHK today posted an image that claims to show the rear shells of four new Motorola phones. In order from left to right, we’re said to be looking at a new DROID Mini, the Moto G (3rd Gen.), a new DROID, and the Moto X (3rd Gen.).
As you can see, all three phones have a metal strop that houses their cameras, flashes, and Motorola dimples. It looks like that may be Motorola’s big design feature for 2015. We can also see that the Moto X looks, well, like a Moto X. Its design looks like a mixture of the first two Xs with Motorola’s new strip included for good measure.
Meanwhile, the new DROID Mini has a pattern on its rear that looks like it belongs on a DROID. As Droid-Life notes, though, this Mini doesn’t look much smaller than the regular new DROID, so it may not really be all that Mini.
There’s not really much that we can glean about the specs of these phones from looking at their rear shells. As for the designs of their backs, the DROID phones look like DROID phones, while the new Moto models appear to be another couple of devices that’ll look good and be comfortable to hold.
