iOS developers, start your update engines.
Apple just made iOS 9 beta 2 available to its registered developers, two weeks after iOS 9’s introduction and the release of the first beta version of the update. iOS 9 beta 2 includes the build number 13A4280e and it can be had from Apple’s Developer Center or as an OTA update by going into Settings > General > Software Update.
Apple has also published the second beta of watchOS 2, the next major update for the Apple Watch. This update carries the build number 13S5255c and, like the iOS 9 beta 2 update, can be grabbed from the Apple Developer Center.
Apple has said that it’ll make iOS 9 available to testers in its public Apple Beta Software Program in July, with a public launch coming in the fall. You can get a sneak peek at iOS 9 by checking out the video at the top of this post. After you’re done, you can get a sneak peek at watchOS 2 right here ahead of its public launch, which is also slated for this fall.
