LG said that the Watch Urbane would launch in the U.S. and 12 other countries by the end of April, and it looks like that rollout is happening right now.
The LG Watch Urbane is now available from the Google Store for $349. You can get LG’s new Android Wear device in either gold or silver, and each model comes with a leather strap (brown leather with gold, black leather with silver), charging cradle, charging cable, and a travel adapter.
Here’s a quick refresher on what your hard-earned $349 will get you:
It’s worth noting that the LG Watch Urbane is the first device with the latest and greatest version of Android Wear, which includes always-on apps and Wi-Fi support, the latter of which will let you leave your phone at home and still get alerts on your watch so long as they’ve both got a data connection. LG is also including two custom features called LG Call, which will dial numbers of your favorite contacts from your watch, and LG Health, which’ll and measure your heart rate every second during an exercise session.
So now that it’s here, who’s buying an LG Watch Urbane?
