One recent trend with Android manufacturers that’s been pretty awesome is seeing them release their custom apps into Google Play. Doing so allows them to quickly push new features out to their users without having to wait around for enough changes to push a big software update over the air. HTC has been one of the biggest proponents of this movement, and today it released another app in the Play Store.

HTC Internet is now live on Google Play’s virtual shelves. As you might expect, this app is the internet browser for Sense, HTC’s custom Android overlay. The app is compatible with HTC devices, and the latest version includes the following tweaks:

1. Text reflow: Depending on zoom levels, text will be wrapped to fit the width of the screen for easy browsing.
2. Read later: Save an article to read later, even when connection is off.
3. Redesigned interface that’s clean and easy to read.

Since this is an HTC app and it only works for HTC device users, the launch of HTC Internet only applies to folks with HTC-branded hardware. For those folks, though, the release is exciting since it means that their built-in Sense browser can get new features whenever HTC pleases
