Despite the fact that Google began selling the Nexus 6 a month and a half ago, and that the device has been sold by several companies and carriers, the new Nexus smartphone is still tough to come by. The good news is that the list of outlets selling the N6 has grown again today.
U.S. Cellular is now offering the Nexus 6 in its online store. Both the Midnight Blue and Cloud White models are available, as are the 32GB and 64GB variants. Pricing for the 32GB version is $199 with a two-year contract or $660 prepaid, while the more capacious 64GB version is $249.99 with a two-year commitment or $730 prepaid.
Not only has the Nexus 6 been difficult to find in stock lately, but not all retailers are selling both the blue and white versions. That’s what makes today’s launch at U.S. Cellular interesting. However, it’s not known if you’ll be able to buy a Nexus 6 from USCC, pop in any SIM card and go or if the units are locked to U.S. Cellular, like AT&T’s version is. If you’re in the market for an N6, keep that in mind before clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
