Right now, the 32GB LTE SHIELD tablet is $399 by itself, with the SHIELD controller priced at $59.99.
If NVIDIA’s SHIELD portable is more your speed, NVIDIA will sell that device along with a carrying case, glossy black armor and NVIDIA GRID game streaming service for $199. That’s how much the SHIELD portable alone costs as of this writing.
NVIDIA’s SHIELD tablet is a highly-specced Android tablet and is one of the first devices to run the newest version of Google’s mobile operating system, Lollipop. Combine that with its built-in LTE, free controller and more, and NVIDIA’s Black Friday deal on the SHIELD tablet make it worth looking at for anyone that’s in the market for a new tablet.
