Wearables are all the rage in mobile nowadays, and AT&T and Sprint are getting in on the action by adding new wearable devices to their shelves this month.
First up, AT&T is now selling the Moto Hint and Samsung Gear Circle. The Moto Hint is a tiny Bluetooth headset that’s available for $149, or $99 when you buy it with a Moto X or Nexus 6. AT&T is also offering the Samsung Gear Circle, which can vibrate to alert you to calls, play back music and more. The Samsung Gear Circle is priced at $99.
Later this month, specifically November 14, Sprint will begin selling the LG G Watch R. This Android Wear-powered smartwatch is rocking a 1.3-inch round P-OLED display, 4GB of storage and is IP67-rated for resistance to dust and water.
Because wearables are starting to become a pretty big part of the mobile world, it’s good to see carriers beginning to sell them in stores. Doing so lets consumers check out out the devices in person, which can be important since the thing that you’re thinking about buying is going to be physically on you while you’re using it.
Do you own any wearable devices? If so, which ones?
