Not quite feeling the Motorola Nexus 6 and its big ol’ 5.92-inch display? If that’s you and you’re on Verizon Wireless, you can now get a similar, smaller device for half off.
From today through October 20, the Verizon Moto X (2014) is available for $49.99 with a two-year contract, down from its typical price of $99.99 on-contract. It’s also worth noting that if you want a wood or leather backside on your Moto X, you’ll need to pony up $25 extra. The upgrade from 16GB to 32GB of internal storage will set you back another $50.
The Moto X (2014) features a 5.2-inch 1080p display, 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 13-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, Android 4.4.4 and a 2300mAh battery. Motorola has also said that it plans to update the device to Android 5.0 Lollipop, and if history is anything to go by, that update should come fairly quickly.
