Verizon today finally revealed its LG G3 release and pricing plans, meaning that we’ve finally got the launch details from all four major U.S. carriers.
The LG G3 is now available to pre-order on Verizon’s website, with orders expected to ship by July 17. Pricing is set at $99.99 with a two-year contract or 20 monthly payments of $29.99 each with Verizon Edge. Customers that’d prefer to pay for the G3 outright will need to pony up $599.99.
In exchange for your hard-earned dollar bills, you’ll receive an LG G3 that’s fairly similar to the international model that debuted at the end of May. The Verizon LG G3’s spec list looks like this:
It used to be that most smartphones were exclusive to one carrier or another, but thankfully that’s changed as of late. Last generation saw Samsung, HTC and LG get their 2013 flagships on all four U.S. carriers, and that’s the case again this year, meaning that most consumers won’t need to switch carriers to get their mitts on the latest and greatest. And while some Verizon folk may lament their carrier’s branding choices with the LG G3, at least they’ll have that high-res 2560x1440 display and speedy XLTE connection to distract them.
