The LG G Watch may not have made an official appearance at the G3 unveiling earlier this week, but apparently one publication managed to get its hands on a G Watch and take it for a brief spin.
A new video posted by AppDated shows the LG G Watch in the wild and running what looks to be an early version of Android Wear. The video is in German, but we do get to see the user swipe through the Android Wear UI. After scrolling though the device’s Settings menu, the user swipes down from the top of the G Watch’s display to show the date and battery level.
The video also gives us a nice tour of the G Watch hardware. The unit shown is the champagne gold model, which features a white band, black watch face and gold accents.
While this new LG G Watch video doesn’t show us a ton of stuff that we haven’t seen before, it is still an interesting watch. After all, we haven’t seen much of the G Watch in action, plus we get a peek at an early version of Android Wear, which Google hasn’t exactly revealed much of either.
