Remember those rumors that said that the follow-up to the Moto X may be called the “Moto X+1?” Well it looks like they may have been spot on, as that name has been spotted on Motorola’s own website.
When you navigate to Motorola’s official website and go to the Moto X page, you can see the codename “FLEXR1” in the URL. However, it’s been discovered that when you change the URL to “FLEXR2,” the page name changes to include “Moto X+1.” The same thing happens in Moto Maker, as you can see in the image above.
Right now these pages appear to be simple placeholders, so they don’t reveal any concrete details about the Moto X+1. However, the fact that this name appears on Motorola’s own website a couple of different times definitely adds credence to the rumors that the follow-up to the Moto X will be known as the Moto X+1.
