HTC is expected to officially take the wraps off of the follow-up to the One on March 25, but if the leaks of the device continue to come as frequently as they have been, HTC won't have much left to show once its event rolls around.
Today we've got a couple more HTC M8 leaks to check out. First up are some photos that show the M8 just lounging around in the wild without a care. The device in these shows looks fairly similar to all of the other M8 leaks that we've seen to date, sporting a dual rear camera setup, metal unibody construction and front-facing BoomSound speakers.
Also included with this latest batch of shots is a peek at the M8's purported AnTuTu benchmark test results. The phone, which is rumored to be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, is shown as beating out its competition with a score of over 36,000. So if benchmarks are your thing, then the M8's results should please you.
Rounding out today's leaky bundle is a close-up peek at the HTC M8's two rear cameras. A render shared by @evleaks depicts what's said to be the upper portion of the M8's backside, which includes dual camera sensors and a dual LED flash. We can also see a power/lock button peeking out from the top of the unit.
If the HTC M8 leaks that we've seen to date are accurate, then the device ought to be a nice evolution of 2013's HTC One. The M8's design doesn't stray too far from the OG One's, which isn't neccesarily a bad thing since the One received quite a bit of praise for its look and feel. What will be interesting is seeing how the M8's dual rear camera setup performs and how HTC plans to take advantage of the two sensors. Good thing that we've only got a few more weeks to wait before HTC's big New York shindig.
