Following AT&T's Mobile Share Value plan refresh earlier this month, the big blue carrier announced today that it's got some more rate plans news for its Mobile Share customers.

Starting this Friday, Feb. 28, AT&T Mobile Share and Mobile Share Value customers will be able to send unlimited text, photo and video messages from the U.S. to the world. The add-on will be handed out free of charge. One detail about the new feature that's worth noting is that it supports sending text messages to 190 countries, while picture and video messages can be sent to 120 countries.

For those folks that prefer to actually use their voice to communicate with others, AT&T has also introduced a new World Connect Value international calling add-on. The new feature allows AT&T subscribers to make calls from the U.S. to over 35 different countries, including Canada and Mexico, for one cent per minute. World Connect Value is also compatible with a number of Caribbean and Latin America countries, including Aruba, Bahamas, St. Lucia and Venezuela. 

Like the unlimited international messaging feature, AT&T says that its new World Connect Value package will be available starting Feb. 28. Any AT&T postpaid customer can sign up for the add-on, which will feature a price of $5 per month.
