Earlier this week we got a sneak peek at Samsung and Verizon's SM-W750V "Huron" thanks to a leaked render, but apparently the FCC recently go an even better look at the upcoming Windows Phone than we did. The SM-W750V just popped up in the FCC's database, complete with support for CDMA as well as LTE on AWS band 4 and band 13, both of which are used by Verizon for its 4G network. Also included is 850/1900MHz GSM and HSPA connectivity.
The FCC's documents don't offer up much other information in terms of straight up spec details, but the outline of the device does feature rounded corners and the same general shape as the SM-W750V shown in the leaked image that surfaced a few days ago. Previous rumors have suggested that this Windows Phone 8.1 handset could come to market with a 5-inch 1080p display, which wouldn't come as a huge surprise since that's the same screen used on the Galaxy S 4, the phone that the SM-W750V seems to be modeled after.
The good news is that now that the SM-W750V has passed through the FCC, it's one step closer to Verizon's shelves and our pockets. Get excited, Verizon Windows Phoners!
