Heads up, Sprint customers, because your carrier just lit up another 40 markets with its flavor of 4G LTE service. Sprint just announced that its LTE network is now available in an additional 40 locals that are peppered throughout the country, including Jackson, Miss., Olympia, Wash., and Salt Lake City, Utah. The full list of newly-activated cities is as follows:

This latest expansion brings Sprint's 4G LTE network up to a total of 340 markets. It's also a nice addition to Sprint's LTE footprint because it not only adds a sizable group of cities to the network, but the rollout also includes several major U.S. cities, including Salt Lake City, Mobile, Ala. and Tacoma, Wash. If you're rocking a Sprint device with LTE built-in, be sure to flip its 4G switch if you haven't already and get to surfing those LTE airwaves!
