Just days after Sprint announced its plans to release the LG G Flex at the end of January, AT&T has come forward with its pre-order and pricing plans for the curvy smartphone.
AT&T says that it'll begin accepting pre-orders for its version of the LG G Flex on Jan. 24. Pricing for the device will be set at $299.99 with a two-year contract, $26.74 per month with AT&T Next 18 or $34.75 per month with AT&T Next 12. Pre-orders will be accepted both online and in AT&T stores. One detail that's still missing, though, is AT&T's launch date for the G Flex.
AT&T's two-year contract price for the G Flex mirrors that of Sprint, with both carriers asking $300 on a two-year commitment for LG's curved handset. That's about $100 more than most high-end smartphones go for, but considering the G Flex's fairly higher-end spec list and the fact that it's got a curved body, it's not entirely surprising to see it carrying a premium price tag. If you're considering picking up a G Flex but would like to see it in action to help you determine whether or not its worth that higher-than-average price, you can check out our hands-on video below.
