Interested in seeing more of that white Nexus 5 that was spied on some packaging that leaked out earlier this month? You're in luck, friend, because that's precisely what's on the menu this morning.
A trio of images showing off the white Nexus 5 has been posted to Twitter by @evleaks, and just as with previous white Nexus smartphones, the white N5 sports a two-tone look. The rear cover of the phone sports a snowy white paint job while its sides, front and even its round camera housing are black. Besides the white backside, this freshly-leaked set of images is similar to the shots that we saw last night.
As its name suggests, the Nexus 5 is expected to sport a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1920x1080. The remainder of its spec list is rumored to include a quad-core processor, 8-megapixel rear camera, 16GB and 32GB storage options and Android 4.4 KitKat. While Google hasn't yet made any official announcements regarding the Nexus 5, the phone did recently make a brief appearance in the Google Play Store with a starting price of $349.
As for a release date? @evleaks slipped the date "11/1" in with today's leak, suggesting that Google and LG might finally give the Nexus 5 a proper introduction this Friday. Here's to hoping that that means that, unlike previous Nexus smartphones, both the black and white versions are available at launch.
