Digging that new Google Play slide-out navigation drawer that we saw leak out last week? If so, you may want to grab your phone and take a seat. The folks over at Android Police have discovered that a new version of the Google Play app for Android is now making its way out to users, complete with the slide-out navigation drawer that we got a peek at less than a week ago. The update brings the Play Store app up to version 4.4.21.
This latest Play Store update may not contain any earth-shattering changes, at least none that've been discovered yet, but the addition of a slide-out navigation drawer does bring the design of Google's app marketplace in line with its other apps. If you're itching to try out this whole new method of Play Store navigation for yourself, the update is rolling out over the air now. However, it's worth noting that it could take days or possibly even a week or two for the update to make its way to your neck of the woods. The good news for the more impatient among us is that Android Police has posted the APK file for download, meaning that you can just grab the new Play Store now and install it just like you would any other app.
