Use Chrome on your Android device? If so, you'll want to take note of some new gestures that Google is adding to its mobile browser. The company announced today on its official Chrome blog that it's adding three new gestures to Chrome for Android to help users navigate through open tabs and quickly access the browser menu. The new gestures are:

• Swipe horizontally across the top toolbar to quickly switch tabs.
• Drag vertically down from the toolbar to enter into the tab switcher view. 
• Drag down from the menu to open the menu and select the item you want without having to lift your finger.

That list may not look like much, but those three gestures ought to make flipping between open tabs and performing menu functions in Chrome for Android a bit quicker. And hey, who doesn't like getting things done quickly? Google says that the update to Chrome for Android will be rolling out to all users in the coming days, so be sure to keep an eye out for the update alert in your status bar or in Google Play.
