Less than a week after Sprint began pushing an update to its version of the HTC One, it looks like its now the T-Mobile HTC One's turn to get a new software treat. T-Mobile announced today in its official support forums that a new update for its HTC One will begin rolling out today, July 22, that will bump the device up to software version 1.27.531.11. Included with the 247MB update is increased software stability, improved LTE and reception, and processor enhancements.
There are likely some T-Mobile HTC One owners that'll be disappointed to see that this update doesn't bring a bump to Android 4.2.2, but with improvements to software stability and LTE, this still sounds like a pretty nice bundle of software. T-Mobile says that this update will be pushed over the air in stages until August 9. Customers will also have the option to sideload the update by connecting the One to their computer and hitting up HTC's website, though the support page for T-Mobile's One doesn't appear to be updated with information on 1.27.531.11 quite yet. That support page can be found right here.
