Got a fever? The only prescription is more Moto X. That seems to be the case today, anyway, as the Moto X has now shown up in three different image leaks. Another pair of Moto X press images has been shared by @evleaks, but this time the handset has donned its white outfit.
We've heard that the X's color will be one of the things that buyers will be able to customize when buying a unit, so it's not a surprise to see that a white unit is on the way. What is notable, though, is that both the front and back of the phone are white. Occasionally when a smartphone is billed as being "white," it's actually got a two-toned white and black look, so the fact that the entirety of the white Moto X is actually white should please fans of pale paint jobs.
Along with these images of the white Moto X, we've gotten a clarification on one of the phone's features tonight. Yesterday there was some confusion related to the capacity of the Moto X's battery, but @evleaks has sent out a tweet saying that the X's battery is a 2200mAh non-removable pack with the model number SNN5923A. That detail is supported by the FCC's documentation on the Motorola XT1058, which is expected to be AT&T's version of the Moto X. A screenshot of the FCC's entry can be found below.
The Moto X is set to be officially unveiled on August 1, and recent rumors have suggested that it'll arrive on at least some carriers later that month. Along with a 2200mAh battery, the Moto X's spec list is expected to include a 720p display, 16GB storage, and a mostly-untouched version of Android. While most of these details won't be official until Moto makes 'em so, the good news is that August 1 is less than two weeks out, so it won't be long before all of the jelly beans are out of the bag.
