It seems like almost immediately after the LG-made Google Nexus 4 was announced last year, everyone began wondering which company Google might tap for the next Nexus. One possibility is that LG and Google will continue their partnership for another new handset. According to a report from the Korea Times, Google and LG are teaming up "to make another Nexus-branded Google Android smartphone." It's also mentioned that LG is interested in growing its partnership in TV devices and other "future businesses" like Google Glass.
If today's rumor is true, this would be the second time that Google has chosen a manufacturer to be a repeat Nexus-maker, as Samsung created both the Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus smartphones and the Nexus 10 tablet. Of course, this is all still very much a rumor at this point. The Nexus 4 seems to have done pretty well with consumers, though, and it was a pretty nice device in general, so it's certainly possible that Google could give LG a second go-around. Would you like to see another Nexus smartphone from LG?
