Hot on the heels of Samsung's official U.S. Galaxy S 4 announcement, some of the seven carriers that'll offer the new device have come forward with more launch details. First up is T-Mobile, which has revealed that it'll begin selling the Galaxy S 4 online starting on April 24, with pricing set at a $149.99 down payment along with 24 monthly payments of $20 each. The Galaxy S 4 will be available in "select" T-Mobile stores, as well as select dealers and national retailers, beginning May 1.
Next is Sprint, which expects to start selling the Samsung Galaxy S 4 in stores and online starting on April 27. Pre-orders for Sprint's Galaxy S 4 will begin on April 18. As far as pricing goes, Sprint's Galaxy S 4 will be available for $249.99 with a two-year contract, though the carrier notes that it's currently running a promotion in which new customers that port their number from another operator will receive an additional $100 instant credit. Sprint will have both the White Frost and Black Mist versions of the Galaxy S 4 available for purchase.
The final carrier to announce Galaxy S 4 launch information today is C Spire Wireless. The regional carrier announced this morning that it will offer the Galaxy S 4 this summer, complete with support for its 4G LTE network. C Spire plans to share more launch and availability information in the coming weeks.
As far as the other carriers go, AT&T has already begin accepting pre-orders for its Galaxy S 4. The big blue carrier plans to sell the 16GB Galaxy S 4 for $199.99 and the 32GB variant for $249.99. U.S. Cellular has also started taking pre-orders for the 16GB Galaxy S 4, which it's priced at $199.99. However, there's no word yet on when the S 4 will actually be launching on either of those carriers, and neither Cricket nor Verizon have said much about their launch plans yet either. Now that some U.S. operators have begun announcing their S 4 launch plans, though, I wouldn't be surprised to see the others do the same in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
UPDATE: U.S. Cellular just sent out an announcement that sheds a bit more light on its Galaxy S 4 availability. As we noted before, U.S. Cellular customers can now pre-order the 16GB Galaxy S 4 in White Frost or Black Mist for $199.99, and anyone that does so will receive a free S View Flip Cover. U.S. Cellular hasn't shared an exact launch date for its Galaxy S 4, but it does say that the device will be available "later this month."
