Summary – For three months and counting, the Samsung Galaxy Note II has been the #1 smartphone in both the People's Choice Chart and Mobile Tech Experts' Chart in PhoneDog Media's Official Smartphone Rankings™. Throughout the month, the Galaxy Note II faltered not once, and it pulled through yet another month on top. With several high-end 2013 flagships just around the corner, the Samsung Galaxy Note II's time at the top is limited. Though one question remains: what smartphone will be the one to dethrone it?
