Just like the original Samsung Galaxy S III before it, the Galaxy S III mini is receiving some fresh coats of paint. Samsung's French website has posted images of the Galaxy S III mini in four new colors, which SamMobile says are dubbed Onyx Black, Amber Brown, Titan Gray and Garnet Red. These S III minis appear to be similar to the original white and blue models that debuted last year, meaning that interested buyers can expect a 4-inch 800x480 Super AMOLED display, 1GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel rear/VGA front cameras and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Samsung has introduced new colors to its existing handsets a couple of other times recently, with the Galaxy S III earning a set of new shades in August 2012, and the Galaxy Note II appearing in new brown and red duds in the past couple of weeks. That's why it's not a surprise to see the Galaxy S III mini get the same treatment. Unfortunately for anyone who's interest has been piqued by these new Galaxy S III mini models, it doesn't appear that Samsung is planning to officially offer the the S III mini here in the U.S. Buying through an online retailer could be an option at some point, though, so if any of the S III mini's new colors catch your eye, you may want to keep an eye out. Which of these new Galaxy S III mini models do you prefer?
