The BlackBerry 10 leaks just keep on comin'. Just a day after a leaked image suggested that the official name of the BlackBerry 10 L-Series smartphone might be "BlackBerry Z10," a newly-leaked shot posted by NerdBerry claims to show some entries for the BlackBerry Z10 inside the Carphone Warehouse inventory system. There are listings for both black and white versions of the Z10 in this shot, both of which were in yesterday's promotional material leak. While this new image doesn't quite make the BlackBerry Z10 name a sure thing, it does appear to support the rumor, especially since we've seen Carphone Warehouse's inventory system leak names of other unannounced devices in the past.
For folks that'd prefer their BlackBerry 10 smartphone with a physical QWERTY, the folks at NerdBerry have also posted a photo of what may be the backside of the BlackBerry 10 N-Series device. The N-Series has previously had its keyboard photographed and also appeared as a render in a leaked promo video, but this new image gives us a look at the actual phone in the wild. It's only the rear of the phone, so all that we can see is a rear cover that looks somewhat similar to the one found on the all-touch L-Series/Z10, but with an added fret divider like one found on the phone's keyboard.
RIM has scheduled its BlackBerry 10 launch event for Jan. 30, and the company has said that it will unveil its first two BlackBerry 10 smartphones there. There's no word yet on when the devices will actually be made available to the public, but RIM executives have said that the device will launch "not too long after" the event, with the full-touch model coming first and the QWERTY-equipped unit arriving shortly thereafter. Considering how big a change BB10 is for RIM and how tough some of its recent quarters have been, the BlackBerry maker may be looking forward to the impending launch even more than its fans.
