We already know that T-Mobile is holding a Value plan-focused sale that kicked off yesterday and will run through the end of 2012, but now it looks like Classic plan customers have the opportunity to paint the town red with savings as well. Our pals at TmoNews have learned that T-Mobile authorized dealers are running a sale from now through Dec. 31 that offers discounts on a quartet of Samsung smartphones when paired with a qualifying Classic plan and data add-on. Here are the handsets that interested customers will have to choose from:
Interested customers will need to sign up for a two-year contract with an Unlimited Classic Rate Plan as well as an Unlimited Nationwide 4G Data, 5GB or 10GB data plan. As we noted before, this offer is only valid at Authorized T-Mobile Dealer Locations, meaning that you'll need to visit a T-Mobile store that's not actually owned by T-Mobile. This offer's also not valid for purchases made at retailers like Best Buy, Target and Walmart.
T-Mobile said earlier this month that it'll be going all-in on Value plans in 2013, and its recent promotions have reflected that strategy, only offering discounts on devices when customers sign up for a Value plan. For T-Mo folk whose motto is "Classic 4 Lyfe!", this sale at T-Mobile authorized dealers could be a way to keep a tight grip on that Classic plan while still getting a shiny new (and discounted) smartphone for the holidays. Are any of you T-Mobile customers planning to hold on to your Classic plan for as long as possible?
