"I'll Never Turn Back." By RYANDALYON on December 4, 2012
I have been a hardcore Android and IOS user for a while, and I never thought I would ever go to a Windows device. My upgrade came just a few days ago, and I was going to get the Iphone 5. The ATT salesman woo'd me away from the outdated glass phone, with the boring UI, put the Lumia 920 in my hand. Ive researched religiously when I upgrade to a new phone, and I wanted to get the I phone since I liked it, and so did everyone else in the world who likes to take pictures of their food. I had this moment while the lumia was in my hand, and I thought to myself of how I wanted to be different with a superior device up to the standards of the I phone. The Lumia, is beautiful. Its not that heavy as everyone else who hates against Windows Phone says it is, and its got a beautiful display, with the fastest screen ever put on a smartphone, with this technology called Pure motion. The camera is prestige. Takes beautiful close up shots, and it takes pictures like superior digital camera you can buy today. Its got tons of features, enough to compete with IOS, and all the flagship Android phones today. The apps are amazing, the marketplace has over 130,000 apps, and counting. It really doesn't matter the count of apps? Who needs 6,762 flashlight apps? The Lumia 920, has all the main legacy apps, and are adding to the arsenal daily. Apps that arent available are replaced beautifully with some great 3rd party apps. Windows Phone also has the new office 13 built into the phone, xbox music services and xbox live, skydrive, new groups feature, kids corner, and new customization options. This is the phone to watch, Nokia's support is amazing. Something goes wrong, they release an update weeks later, apple just makes a new phone, and Android just gets more fragmented as I write this. I have made my decision, I am moving to Windows Phone 8, and Ill never turn back.
