For the second consecutive week, the Samsung Galaxy Note II takes the #1 spot as the overall top smartphone selection in both the People's Choice Chart and Mobile Tech Expert's Chart in PhoneDog Media's Official Smartphone Rankings™. The Nokia Lumia 920 is still making waves, however, and moving up in the charts. Does the Lumia 920 have what it takes to be the #1 smartphone this holiday season?
