Hot on the heels of the official debut of the HTC DROID DNA, an image showing appears to be the global version of Verizon's 1080p Android smartphone has surfaced. Referred to as the HTC Deluxe by @evleaks on Twitter, the device features a set of three capacitive navigation keys at the bottom of its face and a lone HTC logo below the earpiece, replacing the Verizon branding found on its model. There also appears to be a centered power button on top of the Deluxe, just like on the DROID DNA.
The Verizon DROID DNA's spec sheet includes many high-end features, like a 5-inch 1920x1080 Super LCD 3 display, 1.5GHz quad-core processor and 2GB RAM. No details of the HTC Deluxe were included along with today's image leak, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see several parts of the DNA make their way into the Deluxe, especially when it comes to the high-res display. After all, HTC touted the DNA's 1080p screen several times in its official press release announcing the phone, and I'm sure that the company would like to get that display in front of as many eyeballs as possible. To help pass the time until HTC makes the Deluxe officially official, the video of our hands-on time with the DROID DNA is available below.
