Looks like Motorola DROID RAZR M owners may soon be sinking their teeth into a new Android treat. According to a new report from Droid-Life, the DROID RAZR M's update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is now undergoing a soak test. The update is said to feature the build number 98.12.4, and we're told to expect a multitude of fixes and tweaks, including a fix for the circles widget to allow for instant updating and to take care of freezing as well as improvements to the quality of voice and data connectivity. Motorola said when it first introduced the DROID RAZR M that the new handset would be updated to Android 4.1 before the end of 2012, and the company reiterated that in a recent refresh of its Android update schedule. Still, I'm sure that many DROID RAZR M owners are excited to hear that the update is in testing. The bad news is that it's still not clear exactly when this update will begin rolling out to DROID Q. Public, but so long as the soak test doesn't hit any snags, RAZR M owners could be enjoying some Jelly Bean soon. We'll give you a shout once we hear anything about an official deployment.
