Rumors of a black Samsung Galaxy S III have been floating around for the past couple of weeks, but today Samsung finally came forward and made that device official, along with some other new colors as well. On its official Samsung Tomorrow blog, the company announced new colors for the Galaxy S III that it says have been "inspired by nature": Amber Brown, Garnet Red, Sapphire Black and Titanium Grey. The Garnet Red model has actually been available on AT&T here in the U.S. for around a month now, but it looks like it'll soon be making its way outside of the big blue carrier's walls.
As for when these new colors will be launching, Samsung doesn't offer up many details, simply stating that the availability of the different colors will vary depending on the country and carrier. Still, it's always good to see handsets being released in new colors, especially when one of them is a color that you don't often see phones available in (I'm looking at you, Amber Brown). Here's to hoping that we see some more Galaxy S III color options here in the U.S. soon. So of the four colors announced by Samsung today, which do you prefer?
