Parent company to UK mobile carriers Orange and T-Mobile, known as Everything Everywhere, has confirmed that they will be announcing a new brand to launch later this year, along with a rollout of 4G services.  Everything Everywhere denies that Orange and T-Mobile will merge, as many have speculated.  This brand is reported to sit alongside Orange and T-Mobile, but the name of the brand remains a mystery.

Here is the official word from Everything Everywhere:

“Everything Everywhere confirms that we are planning to launch a new brand in the UK later this year. This new brand will sit alongside our existing brands Orange and T-Mobile. We will reveal more information on our exciting plans in due course.”

Along with 4G rollout, the European commission authority has determined that Everything Everywhere will need to sell some of its 4G spectrum to mobile competitor Three before the end of the year, as per an agreement previously made when Everything Everywhere was granted permission to become parent to Orange and T-Mobile.
