Research In Motion. A former giant that has been struggling as of late.
The company is quick to tout their 80 million subscribers and growth in emerging markets, but in the markets that matter long-term - North America, Europe, and Asia - RIM continues to see a decline. I was a long-time BlackBerry user myself, and to this day, miss the physical keyboard offerings from the company (trust me, if you email as much as I do, you know how beneficial they are). They're fantastic messaging machines, but as the market has changed, the company has fallen behind in key areas like apps, user interface, and hardware design.
